We are development professionals who believe that developing Nepal is the responsibility of Nepalis people wherever they may be. We are thankful for the generous support that we continue to receive from bilateral and multilateral donor agencies. But to actually bring change in Nepal we have to be the agent for change. We have to bring the best practices that we have learned over the years and share it with our people in Nepal.
The number of Nepalis people living outside Nepal, according to government agencies, has grown to over two million. We want to tap on this enormous human capital that continues to grow outside Nepal and that plays a significant role in the economic prosperity of the country they live in. The time has come when human capital of Nepal growing outside Nepal can/should play a pivotal role in transferring skills and transforming our society.
